Application Process: Completion of this form is for APPLICATION to each course only. Upon receipt of your application and qualifications, Uptime Institute staff will review submitted information. Applicants will be notified via email of their acceptance to the waitlist. Applicant must pay invoice to hold a seat in the selected course. Please allow 3-5 days for review of application. Applications are reviewed Monday – Friday, 7am to 3pm Pacific Standard Time.

Invoicing: Upon acceptance to the waitlist the applicant will be invoiced for US$4,985.00. If registering for a retest the applicant will be invoiced for US$1,000.00. Course tuition does not include travel costs or accommodations.

Payment: Payment is due upon receipt of invoice. If payment is not received within 30 days of invoice, application will be cancelled. Participation in the course is contingent on advanced payment. Applicant will not be registered for his or her chosen course until full payment is received. If course fills before payment is received, applicant will be moved to the next available course.

Terms of Use: This course is for Data Center Facility Operators. At Uptime Institute's full discretion, the Accredited Operations Specialist endorsement may be suspended or revoked pending abuse of the terms of this curriculum or any aspect of the Uptime Institute Tier Program, including Tier and Operational Sustainability Certification. Accredited Operations Specialist represents neither license nor permission to deliver a) Tier Certifications of designs, b) Tier Certifications of constructed environments, or c) Operational Sustainability ratings or Certifications. The Uptime Institute has retained the right to Certify designs and facilities to the Tier Classification System and Operational Sustainability criteria. Uptime Institute Certifications are delivered exclusively by Uptime Institute Tier Certification Authorities.

Travel Disclaimer: All travel arrangements, visa procurement, and lodging costs are the responsibility of the registrant and not included in the course fee. Upon request Uptime Institute will provide letters of invitation. All requests must be submitted via email to [email protected]. Email must include a detailed description of letter requirements and all pertinent information. Please allow a 3 business days for processing. Uptime Institute is not responsible for any denied visa requests.

Cancellation: To receive a refund, written notice must be received 30 days prior to the start of the course. In notice of cancellation is received less than 30 days of the start of the course than tuition can be transferred one time to a future course. Refunds will not be issued in cases of visa denial; tuition can be transferred one time to a future course.
