Accredited Operations Specialist (AOS)

If availability is your Job #1, what are the financial and career impacts of unexpected downtime?

The Tier Classification System is the language of data center performance, ensuring that facilities are designed and built to meet the uptime needs of the business.

The Accredited Operations Specialist (AOS) program is intended for the individuals directly responsible for data center uptime and the professionals that support them. You’ll receive intensive instruction on both of the Tier Standards (Topology and Operational Sustainability) directly from the experts. These Standards ensure the data center infrastructure is aligned with availability objectives, and address ongoing management of the facility, including how to mitigate human error—the leading cause of data center outages.

The AOS curriculum will enable you to communicate to stakeholders the true performance potential and true risks of a data center or portfolio, better align infrastructure and staffing investment with business goals, and effectively manage third-party vendors.

Course Tutition is US$4,985 per attendee.

Upon successfully passing the course, students will receive a printed certificate of completion and an electronic foil. With student permission, electronic foil and contact information will be posted to the online roster.
