Uptime Institute is now seeking an Inside Sales Representative (ISR) professional with experience in identifying and developing new business leads in the IT Infrastructure industry. This position will help expand the company’s enterprise engagement, and services revenue with the enterprise, across new and legacy services. Based in Dubai, this position will be responsible for prospecting and qualifying new leads for Uptime Institute services. This position will also be responsible for scheduling briefings and meetings with prospects. The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) will generate new direct and indirect/third-party sales leads and sales opportunities for Uptime Institute’s Efficient IT offerings, as well as management consulting for organizations in banking/finance, retail, transportation, utilities, petrochemical, defense, government, etc.


  • Work closely with Managing Directors and regional sales resources, as well as global executive team, to identify potential clients/new business via telephone and mass communication such as email or social media to introduce UIPS solution and secure sales appointments within target markets.
  • Prospecting and cold outreach including following up on leads and researching potential new prospect outlets.
  • Support the logistics of productive relationships with key decision makers.
  • Maintain timely and accurate contact and sales information and tracking through Uptime Institute's CRM (Salesforce).
  • Facilitate follow-up and provide roll-up reporting to senior management.
  • Consistently achieve qualified opportunity quotas to ensure product- and service-level revenue objectives.
  • Potential travel in support of Uptime Institute events and on-site business development efforts both domestic and select overseas destinations are requisite for this position.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • 3+ years’ experience in Sales Development or Inside Sales background with demonstrable success in identifying new prospective customers and building a pipeline.
  • Strong knowledge of supporting or interacting with senior enterprise stakeholders.
  • Capability to recognize consulting services opportunities consistent with the mission of enterprise engagement.
  • Preferred: Candidates with an intimate knowledge of procurement of consulting/professional services.
  • Preferred: Candidates with an Intimate knowledge of data center planning, design, construction, and operations—and a track record of selling services in this data center consulting discipline.
  • Strong verbal and written skills with proven track record achieving measurable inside sales goals in an automated sales environment where accurate entry and management of lead data in Salesforce CRM.
  • Strong networking, negotiating, and interpersonal skills.
  • A customer-centric approach.
