Position Description:

This new role is a key contributor to our Marketing Qualified opportunity creation and management processes. Leveraging data contained within our CRM system, the successful candidate will create an infrastructure of reporting and actionable processes to empower the field based sales organization with tasks and actions that can be taken by field resources to progress new and existing opportunities.

S/he will work closely with our digital campaign manager to assure data is being created and nurtured to keep database current. As part of the process of nurturing opportunities, this role also manages the telemarketing organization, identifying target audiences and offers which can be executed to build pipelines. The ideal candidate with be an expert user of and its reporting will understand the value of customer data and the relationships between leads, contacts and accounts, as well as lead-scoring and the need for data cleansing and enrichment. Familiarity with Marketo is a plus.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business
  • 3-5 years of experience in a B2B Marketing role
  • Expert user of (user, not admin)
  • Strong interpersonal skills
