Uptime Institute Professional Services is growing to meet the demand of the industry and seeks an experienced individual to assist in its vigorous global expansion.

Position Description

The successful applicant will own the creation and execution of all integrated marketing campaigns across all digital channels for the company. As our Digital Campaign Manager, you’ll design and manage campaigns that will identify prospects that are most closely matched with the core services, based value propositions. You’ll set the campaign strategy, outlining the goals and architecting the content and messaging required at all steps of the prospect’s journey. The ideal candidate will bring Uptime Institute a combination of innovative B2B execution, strategic planning skills, creativity and metrics reporting skills.

The Role Description:

  • An expert in the use of Martech (including Salesforce, Marketo, Octopost, SEO/analytics, etc.) to execute campaigns globally.
  • Architect and grow our maturing ABM engagement strategy, with a focus on predictability and scale.
  • Collaborate and prioritize campaign efforts to align with Sales, Operations, and company strategy.
  • Establish campaign KPIs, measures and report on campaign effectiveness.

Summary of Key Responsibilities and Expectations

Responsibilities:

  • Scope, design, and execute automated, multi-channel marketing programs that grow customer lifetime value and drive incremental revenue.
  • Create the strategies and campaign messaging, content, assets and channel strategy to deliver revenue growth attributable to owned, earned and paid channels.
  • Manage campaign program calendar, write campaign emails, and manage other content distribution aligned to other campaign themes including thought leadership, webinars, and blogs.
  • You will manage the campaign budget, allocating spend for creative, media, and production and ensuring each campaign delivers a strong ROI.
  • Influence stakeholders through the entire campaign journey to ensure input, alignment, and understanding of the campaign approach and details.
  • Define KPIs, measure the effectiveness of campaigns, communicate program status to key stakeholders.
  • Write marketing materials (emails, landing pages, etc.) to ensure we move fast, test effective practices, and share & optimize learnings across the organization.
  • Identify campaign trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
  • Test and recommend different content themes, formats to generate improved campaign outcomes, including the use A/B testing and adjust optimize upsell/cross-sell programs.
  • Utilize your strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels.
  • Track and report on the impact of marketing qualified leads on sales pipeline.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Expert Proficiency with marketing and sales automation systems including Marketo and Salesforce.
  • 3-5 years’ experience in B2B demand generation or campaigns marketing.
  • Demonstrated experience in performance-oriented marketing campaign strategies, and successful track record in delivering these across all digital channels internationally.
  • Experience planning and executing multiple, multichannel marketing programs.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the rapidly changing digital marketing landscape and the latest online marketing, campaign and content strategies.
  • Ability to build and communicate marketing strategies, and partner with other company resources to design, build and execute campaigns.
  • Experience in building and optimizing web landing pages and user funnels through SEO, SEM and other tools.
  • Skilled at segmenting and profiling audience to optimize campaign engagement and response.
  • Ability to think strategically, prioritize tasks, and execute with attention to detail.
  • Be highly motivated, have a sense of urgency and apply that drive to the quality of your work.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • You are not afraid to explore novel ways of applying Martech and potential integration opportunities to yield bigger results.
  • You’re comfortable developing campaign assets for individual target segments based on product propositions .
  • You understand how to test and scale at the campaign level, but can also map results to individual accounts.
  • Experience at fast-growing start-ups, large enterprise businesses and/or professional service organizations.
  • Strong analytical skills to measure and optimize marketing resource investment and campaign effectiveness.
  • Must possess excellent written, verbal and visual communication skills.
  • Self-starter combined with strong teamwork and partnering skills.
