Data Center Tour, Reception, Dinner

Day 1 will start at 9:00 a.m. with a data center tour, followed by lunch and the data center tour feedback session.

After the tour and feedback session, starting at 5:00 p.m., the conference will kick off with opening remarks and a state of the industry presentation, followed by a reception and dinner.

9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. PDT
Speaker Sessions

Day 2 will start at 9:00 a.m. and will run the full day, with sessions led by the Uptime team and Members.

The day's program will address a variety of relevant industry topics in the form of presentations, panel discussions, and interviews with the intent to make them highly interactive and engaging.

Key topics planned for discussion include (subject to change):

  • Member case studies and panel discussions from leading global data center owners and operators
  • Industry update and panorama
  • AI-ready: design and operational considerations, impacts to hybrid environments and capacity
  • Operational issues: staffing and hidden cost of unfilled positions, AI/ML impacts, maintenance strategies, and training/education
  • Sustainability: energy, grid constraints and resiliency, water use, regulatory update, reporting benchmarks
  • Next generation technologies: energy storage
  • Security issues: infrastructure’s role in securing OT from cyber attack

There is no charge to attend this event.

Attendees are responsible for their travel and hotel expenses, and any additional food and entertainment expenses outside of the conference.

Registration is open to Uptime Institute Members and invited guests. Membership events are not open to equipment vendors, suppliers, consultants or engineering firms.

Requests to attend will be reviewed and approved by Uptime Institute staff.
